My neighbor's koi pond was also raided,,, by a large pelican. He (my neighbor) wanted to respond with his AR-15, the canny bird however left before the said weapon could be used on him. The Bird had a very expensive, large repast, did not pick up the check,,,, and did not leave a tip!

According to this news article, a family in Great Britain were devastated by the theft of their pet Koi Carps from their back yard:

They're supposing the bad economy is to blame for the theft.

But, little do they know that this was likely due to the depredations of Dr. Frosticos and his ilk!
