Family Devastated By Theft of Koi Carp

According to this news article, a family in Great Britain were devastated by the theft of their pet Koi Carps from their back yard:

They're supposing the bad economy is to blame for the theft.

But, little do they know that this was likely due to the depredations of Dr. Frosticos and his ilk!

He (my neighbor) wanted to respond with his AR-15, the canny bird however left before the said weapon could be used on him. The Bird had a very expensive, large repast, did not pick up the check,,,, and did not leave a tip!
